I have done research on this case and Daived got the shaft!! I have actually even talked to Davids family and to Brian. Brian brags that he told the cops he knew nothing about what David was growing. So how come David couldnt get his stuff appealed but they allowed Brian to lie and Pin everything on David?? Has anyone thought about why there is no records on Brian??
